Hi, I'm Sian — founder of Stays & Vacays, independent travel specialist, mum and passionate explorer based in Broughton, Flintshire. I created Stays & Vacays in 2021 by combining my love of travel with a career in project management, designing bespoke holidays tailored around real people, not algorithms.

Every trip is personally researched, planned and booked by me, with a real focus on creating unique, tailor-made experiences you won't find off the shelf. I travel regularly to experience destinations firsthand so I can offer honest advice, genuine recommendations and personal support before, during and after your trip.

Booking your holiday is only part of what I do. I'm there for the bits in between too — the questions, the reassurance and the support when you need it most.

Before You Travel

I'll help you make sure everything is ready to go — from checking passports and visa requirements to talking through your itinerary and answering all those little questions that pop up before a trip.

While You're Away

You're never left dealing with problems alone. If a flight is delayed, something goes missing or plans change unexpectedly, I'm only a WhatsApp message away throughout your holiday.

When You're Home

My service doesn't end when you land. I'll check in once you're back and help with anything outstanding — whether that's refunds, complaints or chasing lost luggage claims.
